What does our tagline mean in the context of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion?

We believe that a better future is one where more voices have a platform, where inclusivity reigns and where people of all colours, genders and backgrounds are given the opportunities they deserve. We also believe that there is great power in diversity, it opens up new ways of thinking, helps us connect more meaningfully and do better work.

This means we will recruit and cultivate talent that reflects what our world looks like. It means we will support employee-led initiatives which serve to elevate the voice of minority employees. We will maintain a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination, harassment, victimisation, bullying and intimidation. Capture and track data to measure diversity across all levels, to facilitate no gender or ethic pay gap. We’ll hold regular diversity training for staff across the business, and will aspire to create work that is inclusive and recognises diverse audiences.
