INSIGHTS & STRATEGY

For the launch of the Galaxy Note 8, Samsung wanted to engage small business audiences as well as their usual large enterprise audiences.

Brands too often focus on features or generic ‘business productivity’ messaging, but customers are more interested in practical guidance and how it will impact their business.
