THE QUESTION ON THE TABLE
How do you stay true to your brand values through a period of generational change and rapid innovation?
Jon Iwata spent decades as the guardian of one of the world’s most recognizable B2B brands. Drawing on his recent thinking, he’ll frame a conversation around what it takes to evolve without losing the essence of who you are – as new technologies, shifting expectations, and emerging audiences reshape the landscape.
This isn’t a keynote. It’s your invitation to have a seat at a table that’ll have guests sharing their perspectives and their assumptions challenged as we unpack how brands navigate transformation.
What we’ll sit with
01
Protecting brand values when everything around the brand is changing
02
What it really means to refound a business – without losing who you are

Who’s at the table
You’ll join a curated group of CMOs and senior marketing leaders — SVPs and VPs from leading B2B brands. One table, roughly a dozen seats, every voice in the room. The guest list is kept small on purpose, so the conversation stays candid, senior, and genuinely useful.
