Overview 

We are seeking an experienced influencer marketing manager to identify and execute influencer collaborations and marketing campaigns across social and owned channels, to drive brand awareness for Transmission’s B2B global clients. As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you’ll manage the creation of social media strategies, and the planning and execution of successful social media and influencer campaigns and collaborations. This role is best suited to someone who is creative in thinking but still commercially savvy delivering on success metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to negotiate effectively. We are looking for someone who is passionate about empowering people with our clients solutions, around the world.

 

Objectives:

  • Lead on the development of the brand’s influencer partnership strategy; identify like-minded influencer / brands for partnership opportunities. Create and manage the long-term relationships with strategic and tactical partners and manage campaign from ideation to evaluation
  • Drive maximum brand awareness via Influencer / licensing activity globally
  • Ensure campaigns meets success criterias

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify influencer marketing opportunities for brand promotion. Contact and build relationships with influencers
  • Identify new and matching B2B influencer talent to ensure brand consistency and ability to meet clients targets
  • Handling influencer negotiations and ensuring campaigns are generating a profit through conversions.
  • Execute campaigns against set budgets delivering MoM growth across key success metrics
  • Develop innovative, creative and unique approaches to influencer marketing beyond posts and stories
  • Day-to-day management of influencer marketing activities
  • Lead daily, weekly and monthly reporting on results (posts, reach, new followers, traffic, leads etc)
  • Lead, develop, implement, track and optimise marketing campaigns across channels
  • Raise the profile of the brand and develop a marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives and commercial objectives
  • Direct and oversee creative solutions across all influencer campaigns, developing all brand identities through imagery, content and editorial
  • Be a brand guardian, with a strong point of view on copy, design and creative approach across all mediums

 

About You, Skills, Abilities and Attitude:

  • Proven senior level marketing consultancy/ influencer management experience
  • Extensive influencer marketing experience, ideally in B2B (brand or agency-side)
  • Data-driven mindset with proven experience in creating marketing campaigns which include a range of content deliverables to drive quality coverage
  • A confident pitcher with proven coverage results
  • Excellent knowledge of the influencer landscape and how to activate macro and micro influencers across media outlets
  • A strong knowledge of all current marketing trends and all social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
  • Knowledge of how brands work with media outlets on an affiliate/paid partnership basis would be beneficial
  • Preferred knowledge of Google Analytics to analyse traffic and revenue uplifts caused by PR, and Google Trends to spot key trends in the market
  • A global mindset – i.e. ideally with experience within a global team, but some PR experience operating outside of just the EMEA market would be helpful
  • Experience with budget management and forecasting
  • Experience in escalating brands, with a proven track record in delivering growth
  • Very creative with a key eye for campaign and collaboration impact- Maintain rigorous quality control over work produced with high level of attention to detail
  • Media experience is desired (both in the UK and overseas), but not mandatory
