As a Transmission Digital Artworker you’ll work alongside the design team and you should be an all-round digital artist. Your role is to support the Creative Studio in delivering first class design solutions for our digital marketing communications materials to promote our predominantly tech clients contents primarily in the global B2B market. You will be covering all digital design campaigns, creating key art for our programmes; brochures; promos; advertising; website interface; email, social media and print.

Role responsibilities: 
• To provide creative design solutions ensuring the brief is fulfilled to the highest standards
• Collaboration with the Creative and Marketing teams, as well as external stakeholders
• Produce fast and accurate re-sizes or re-versions or multiples of existing artwork
• Produce elegant, accurate and legible typography
• Interrogate layout / artwork / print and digital briefs
• To be a Brand Guardian on several major clients to maintain consistency across our clients’ identity and creative output
• Participate in studio-wide creative processes, such as the giving and receiving of feedback on selected creative output; brainstorms for priority design projects and reviews of studio practice

 As the ideal candidate, you will have:
• Experience working in a busy design department within a marketing or design agency
• Creative flair, be self-motivated and have meticulous attention to detail
• A professional and collaborative demeanour
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a large workload according to ever changing business needs
• Relevant commercial graphic design / web or multimedia design experience
• Current knowledge of online technologies, standards and methodologies
• The candidate must have an excellent design portfolio that showcases their skills in creating print and online assets
• Be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in video / motion graphics such as After Effects / C4D / Premier Pro
• Solid time management skills and be comfortable working on multiple projects at any one time, and to tight deadlines
• Experience working to brand guidelines and specific briefs, ensuring that production deadlines are met and creative services teams are updated on progress
