Paid Media – Social Manager

We are looking for an experience Social Manager to join our growing Social Media team to strategically nurture and grow three of our leading international clients. Passionate about all things social and digital, you’ll use your excellent social media marketing skills to develop strategy for some of the biggest B2B brands in the world.

Passionate about social media, we’re looking for someone who is equally comfortable setting up paid social programmes (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) as working with our in-house copywriters, designers and developers to produce award-winning social campaigns and creative. And if you have IT/technology marketing and/or ABM experience it would be the icing on the cake!

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, challenge and confidently present social media strategy, both paid and organic in careful consideration of other supporting media channels
• Ability to activate a wide range of campaigns and ad formats across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and regional channels
• Lead briefing, planning and activation of paid social programmes
• Lead client communications
• Help build and strengthen key client relationships
• Be on the front-foot with knowing where projects are at, at any given time
• Work with other internal teams such as media, programmatic, analytics, content, creative and strategy in coordinating and delivering campaign program work
• Pull together research and ongoing performance reports adding analysis and insights

Skills and experience:

• Have experience in paid social (3+ years’ experience – ideally in an agency and have worked across LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter)
• Have experience in managing a number of social campaigns
• Have meticulous attention to detail and time management skills to provide updates on campaigns at any time and help to deliver high quality and effective delivery of marketing programmes
• Results-oriented, with proven experience in running complex and effective content campaigns which exceed client expectations
• Knowledge and experience in measuring and evaluating integrated campaigns
• Smile in the face of challenge and thrive on pressure – a robust and proactive nature
• Be an effective problem solver
• Have a passion for social, an interest in B2B marketing and the tech industry
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbally
