Media Account Manager

We are looking for a motivated, multi-talented Media Account Manager who wants to work for a market leading B2B agency in the heart of Old Street/Hoxton. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing agency committed to delivering ground-breaking and award-winning ideas to our clients.

Key responsibilities
• Planning and buying media across digital, print and outdoor – including display, programmatic, paid social, paid search, email and demand / lead generation
• Campaign management: planning and briefing, to launching, reporting and analysis
• Confidence liaising with internal teams (Client Services, Social, Analytics, Finance, Management etc) on all aspects of media programmes – always knowing where projects stand
• Client Services including day to day client contact and satisfaction, ensuring work is delivered on time and to the high standards set by the Account Director
• Supporting the wider team across all campaigns and client management as required
• Excellent organisation skills with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple clients and projects successfully, including integrated campaigns
• Demonstrated communication skills, in person, on phone and via email
• Attention to detail across all levels, a flair for creating interesting and engaging client presentations and plans

Skills and Experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience working in a relevant field e.g. Agency or Client side, planning and executing digital media campaigns (pay variable by experience)
• Knowledge of Media Planning and Buying and Campaign Management on digital campaigns
• Experience in B2B media, ideally within the technology sector
• Interest and experience in digital marketing and importantly, a client facing role
• Experience using the following tools would be highly desirable: DFA Campaign Manager, Google Tag Manager, Convertr, Integrate, Dropbox, Monday (project management)
• Highly enthusiastic, honest and positive personality
• A pro-active team player, able to hit the ground running and manage own workload
• Interest in progression and to learn from the Account Director and wider team
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Strong attention to detail; highly meticulous with all client work
